Between Aug 31 8:33 - 19:51 UTC, the Appen data annotation platform experienced service degradation resulting in problems with the API, job unit state and loss of submitted judgment data. The platform returned to fully operational status by Sept 1 2:03 UTC. We apologize for this inconvenience.
